We will collect your basic information as soon as you 'proceed' into the details pages of the Mortgage Search, and may contact you even if you do not complete the form.

During our conversations or meeting we will gather personal data to enable us to provide appropriate advice and recommendations on mortgages and associated insurances.

We process all client information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and it is treated as private and confidential now and in the future. The only exceptions to this will be when the law requires us to disclose information or, with your consent, where disclosure is necessary when arranging your mortgage or insurance contracts.

To fulfil our regulatory obligations we will retain your details for no longer than is appropriate to the type of contract you take out. You have the right to inspect your records at any time.
